2-19 Archiving jobs
3. To archive the job(s) internally to the GA-1040 hard disk click OK.
The job(s) are archived internally.
4. To archive the job(s) externally to the Command WorkStation hard disk or to a device
on the network, click Add.
5. Browse to the device and folder to which you want to archive the job(s) and click OK.
The Archive Options dialog box shows external devices as available archive volumes.
