Tip: This product doesn't have a body composition feature. If you are looking for a product that
can measure your percentage of body fat and muscle, try the TomTom Touch Cardio + Body
Composition. Alternatively use scales that can measure body composition.

Setting a body goal

Note: You cannot set a goal directly on your TomTom Touch, you need to use the Sports app
or Sports website.
Tip: This product doesn't have a body composition feature. If you are looking for a product that
can measure your percentage of body fat and muscle, try the TomTom Touch Cardio + Body
Composition. Alternatively use scales that can measure body composition.
To track your progress, you can set a body goal using Sports to track your weight.
To set up a Body goal, do the following in the Sports app:
1. Tap the MANAGE tab.
2. Tap Manage Goals.
You see a screen offering you options to add an activity tracking goal, a sports goal or a body
goal.
3. Choose a goal type and tap it, for example, a body goal.
4. Choose your Weight.
5. Scroll down and set your target weight.
Tip: You can change your weight unit in Your Profile in the Sports app or on the website.
6. When finished, scroll down and tap Done.
Tip: You can also set up goals on the Sports website.
Important: New goals or changes to existing goals are synced with your TomTom Touch next
time you connect it.
