Rotate the compression cam clockwise until it stops, to the locked out

position.
Push down on the damper assembly to test the bleed. The rebound
damper shaft should not move more than 2 mm. If the shaft moves
more than 2 mm while locked out, repeat the bleed process.
RCT R / RC R: Use the 13 mm wrench to hold the cam locked out while
compressing the damper.
RCT3/RC: If the bleed was successful, rotate the compression cam
counter-clockwise until it stops, to the unlocked position.
