Is the power source
providing AC voltage?
Yes
Is the lamp cover securely
in place and properly
fastened?
Yes
Use the voltage test meter
to test the voltage of J2 of
Main Board Pin 1,
13,15=5V?
Change Main Board/Keypad Board
Continue function test and other
troubleshooting once power button
backlight lit
EK-800U
Properly connect power cord at unit
and AC power source

Supply AC voltage (100V~240V)

Ensure the lamp cover is in it´s correct
closed posistion
