Detail checking contents
(1) On condition that the engine gets
warm, check whether the idling
RPM is within the designated
range, by using RPM tester.
(2) Check by eye whether the color of
emission gas is white or black.
(3) Check whether the vehicle is
proper to the emission gas
regulation, or at idling, check the
capacity of CO and HC by the
tester.
(Checking contents)
•The contamination of engine oil, the
capacity of the engine oil
•The status of links of the fuel
system
•Looseness or damage of the exhaust
pipe and the muffler
•The starting of the engine, the noise
of the engine
•Low speed and acceleration status
•Ignition timing
•The performance of the muffler
(1) Check by eye whether the air cleaner
element is contaminated, clogged,
damaged or not by disassembling it.

(1) Check whether the drive belt is
cracked and the cock is chipped
off, there is abnormal abrasion.
Also, check the width of drive belt.
(1) Check whether the weight roller in
driven pulley is damaged, side
worn. Also check the external
diameter of weight roller.
(2) Check whether the slide piece is
damaged, abnormally worn or not.
