Set Up a Fixed IP Address in Windows 7

Click Start / Control Panel / Network Connections to find the network connection that
represents your connection to the Internet. Most often, this is labeled simply Local Area
Connection.
•
Right-click the connection and select Properties.
•
Click Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) in the list (you may have to scroll down the list to find it)
•
Click Properties.
•
Most default configurations will have both Obtain an IP address and Obtain DNS server
address automatically selected by default.
•
Click Use the following IP address and enter the following:
IP address:
192.168.1.2
Subnet mask:
255.255.255.0
Default gateway: 192.168.1.1
Click OK to close the configuration windows, and you should now be able to access the MP-50 via
your Internet browser.
