Sets the OSPFv3 priority for an interface.
Syntax
interface ipv6 ospfv3 [ process process-id instance-id instance-id ] priority priority
set interfaces
interface ipv6 ospfv3 [ process process-id instance-id instance-id ] priority
delete interfaces
interface ipv6 ospfv3 [ process process-id instance-id instance-id ] priority

Command Default
An OSPFv3 interface has a priority of 1.
Parameters
interface
The type of interface. For detailed keywords and arguments that can be specified as interface types, see
<interface> ipv6 ospfv3 priority
process-id
The OSPFv3 process ID. Enter alphanumeric characters.
instance-id
The OSPFv3 instance ID. The range is from 0 to 255.
priority
An OSPFv3 router priority for the interface. The range is 0 to 255, for which a router with priority 0 can never become
the designated router. The default is 1.

Usage Guidelines
Use this command to set the priority for an interface on the broadcast network to which the interface is connected. The priority
determines which routers are selected as the Designated Router (DR) and Backup Designated Router (BDR) of the area.
