Configures X-431 PADII to operate as
a diagnostic tool.
Provides a mass of service information
for various vehicle models, which
enables users to retrieve service data
online.
To update vehicle diagnostic software.
To launch golo IM (Instant Messaging)
application.
Launches the Chrome browser.
Opens the camera.
To d e t e r m i n e v e h i c l e e l e c t r i c a l
equipment and circuit trouble.
To diagnose/simulate vehicle ECU
sensor trouble.
To measure physical parameters such
as voltage, resistance, frequency etc.
To test whether vehicle's battery is
good or not.
To check unseen or unreachable parts
or components.
To manage My Connector, My Report,
Profile, Password and Logout etc.
To configure system settings.

5.5 Download/ Update Diagnostic Software

Before diagnosing a vehicle, you have to download the corresponding
vehicle diagnosis software.
Tap , and then tap "Update" to select the paired diagnostic
connector. Tap the serial number and a list of diagnostic software will
pop up on the screen.

y default, all diagnostic software is selected. To select certain
software, tap "Unselect", and then uncheck the box next to car make.
Tap "One-Click Update" to start downloading.
Once downloading is finished, the software packages will be installed
automatically.
Note: If applications of extending modules are downloaded, the
system will decompress it automatically. In this case, tap it to install it.
Tap to return to the function selection screen.
