If the defective VR is operated, does the
corresponding voltage of signal change?

Is the defective VR a CH fader
or crossfader?
Yes
Check the analog SW IC to which the corresponding
signal is connected.
Check whether input signal A, B,
or C is fixed at "H" or "L".
Yes
Check that the corresponding wires are properly
connected.
Which operations do not function,
pushing or turning?
Turning
Check whether the signals from Pins 1 and 3
of the corresponding rotary selector are
fixed at "H" when it is turned.
Yes
Check that the corresponding wires are properly
connected.
Check whether the signals from Pins 2
and 4 of CN501 are fixed at "H" when
the jog dial is turned.
Yes

Replace the defective part.
The UCOM (IC25) is in failure.
Replace the DSP PCB Assy.
