10.2
Specification input and update
The product specification shall be initiated by MMD and supported by concerned engineering department
such as E/M/S, Safety/Approbation Group and DQE before RFQ. It must be updated in each product
creation milestone. DQE engineers will be responsible to make product quality and reliability definition
based on the product characteristics and requirements.
10.3
Design quality evaluation capability qualification
During the product creating process, the DQE has to support to regulate the supplier design quality and
reliability evaluation capability to ensure the supplier is qualified to create the best quality and reliability
product to provide to MMD.
10.4
Quality and reliability deliverables list
During product creation RFQ milestone the DQE has to provide deliverables list to supplier and discuss
with them to perform quality and reliability evaluation and testing report per request in list to DQE for
design quality and reliability review and validation.
