Adjustment of High-Voltage Transformer

When replacing the high-voltage transformer, checking each output adjustment of main charger, devel-
oper bias, transfer charger and separation charger is needed.

Connect the green cable of the high-voltage transformer jig to ground on
the equipment frame. Refer to

Connect with the black
cable of the high-volt-
age transformer jig.
Connect with the white cable of the high-voltage transformer jig.

Use a digital tester with an input resistance of 10 MΩ (RMS value) or higher.
Attach the door switch jig and start with the adjustment mode [05] while the front
cover opened. Then press the front cover opening/closing switch.
