Thumbnail Preview

Thumbnail Preview allows you to view the first page of the stored document,
the name of the document and the number of document pages . This feature
enables the user to verify that they are accessing the correct document .
1 . Press the User Box key .
2 . Touch the button for the desired User Box .
3 . The Group Tab only
A thumbnail
of the first page
is displayed.
The document
name is
displayed.
NOTES: The Personal Tab only displays the User Boxes registered to the User
that is logged on when User Authentication is enabled.
