the DCL

operation)
the
Generator
is
cleared. Any characters
in
the input buffer
are
cleared followed
by the same
operation
as the clear
command ("CL"). The operation
of
the DCL
message
is
identical
to the
operation
of
the
selected device clear
(SDC)
message.

Selected Device
Clear
Clear
The SDC
message
is
ignored during Local operation.
Operation
When the SDC
message
is
received (during
rmote
operation), the Generator
is
cleared. Any
characters
in
the input
buffer are cleared followed
by the
same
operation as
the clear command ("CL"). The
operation
of the
SDC
message
is
identical to the operation
of
the
device
clear (DCL) message. The cleared state

the
Generator
is

in
the paragraphs on
Power-On Conditions.
