3. Remove the battery and clean the battery terminals and battery
cable terminals with a wire brush or sand paper.
Clean the battery with a solution of baking soda and warm water
with care not to get the solution or water in the battery cells. Dry the
battery thoroughly.
Battery installation:
1. Secure the battery by pushing it against the front end of the battery
tray.
2. Connect the battery positive ( ) cable to the battery positive ( )
terminal first, then the battery negative ( ) cable. Tighten the
terminal bolts and nut securely.
3. Set the battery set plate and tighten the nuts.
