This indicates status of the servo-on signal from the controller.
This Indicates the SON status of the external input signal.
This indicates status of the emergency stop input.
This Indicates the EM2/EM1 status of the external input signal.
This will turn on when an alarm is detected in the servo amplifier. This changes faster
than ALM of the external output signal.
This indicates INP status of the external output signal.
This indicates MBR status of the external output signal.
This indicates RD status of the external output signal.
This Indicates the STO status of the external input signal.
This will turn on when the control circuit power becomes instantaneous power failure
status.
