Chapter 7 : Troubleshooting

Possible cause
The power supply
is abnormal.
The fans are abnormal.
The input voltage is
abnormal.
Forgot the user password
or admin password?
Foreign matter is attached
to the fans or the fans' ball
bearings are damaged.
The fan speed is too high.
There is foreign matter
or impurity in the pipeline.
The wiring is wrong.
The buzzer alarm function
is not enabled.
Elimination method
Make sure the input voltage is within the
permissible range, the circuit breaker or
switch is set at ON, and the cooling unit is
correctly grounded.
Make sure that each fan wiring is normal
and change the abnormal fans if necess-
ary.
Make sure the input voltage is within the

Contact service personnel.
Clean and inspect the fans.
Check if the fans are running at full
speed. Adjust the set point or the fan
speed accordingly.
Inspect the Y-type filter of the external
piping and clean it if necessary.
Inspect if the wiring of the control panel
is correct or re-start the cooling unit if
necessary.
Use the control panel to enable the
