4.11 FAULTS DISPLAY
Installation, service and maintenance may only be carried out by a
certified contractor. The following table lists the fault codes and their
remedies .

Description
Fault in the temperature sensor at the top of the cylinder
Temperature sensor for air inlet not working
Temperature in cylinder > 80 °C
NTC temperature sensor (evaporator plates) not working
Setting buttons hold down for longer than 30 seconds .
• System emptied incorrectly
• Water shortage (> 12h)
• Fault in the pump
• Resistor not working
• High limit safety cut-out not working
• Temperature of high limit safety cut-out set to a lower
value than the appliance
• Fault in the fan
• Pressure loss in the pipes
• Leaks in refrigerant circuit
• Fault in the compressor
• Expansion valve not working
• Drying filter not working
Description
Supply air temperature > 35 °C
Fault in the temperature sensor
Remedy
Notify certified contractor
Notify certified contractor
Notify certified contractor
If the problem persists after pressing "OK",
notify a certified contractor.

Remedy
System stops automatically in the "Heat
pump" operating mode if the air inlet tem-
perature is below -10 °C or above 35 °C.
General operating conditions are checked
on an hourly basis .
