Power Requirements

Before switching on this instrument, make sure
Cautions
the line voltage selector switch is set to the voltage of the mains supply
the correct fuse is installed
the supply voltage is in the speci ed range

Checking the Line Voltage and Fuse

Both the voltage selection card and the fuse are located in the AC power module on the
rear panel of the analyzer (see Figure 2-3). For continued protection against re hazard,
replace line fuse only with the same type and ratings. he use of other fuses or materials is
prohibited. o select the line voltage and fuse (see chapter 1 for fuse part numbers):
1. Measure the AC line voltage.
2. Using the values in able 2-2, follow the instructions in Figure 2-3.
