The
BBC
has its
own
ensemble, there
are
ENSEMBLE:
commercial
radio ensembles and
so
on.
This
option
tells
you what ensemble the
tuned station
is
port
of.
FREQUENCY:
This
option
displays the frequency
ofthe
stotion.
SIGNAT
QUALITY:
This
option
displays the Error
Volue
of the
signol.
A
high
value
is
poor,
,,0,,
is
the
best.

sensitive

signal errors
(dropouts
etc.)
especially
if y:our
radio
is
in
an unfavourable location.
Adjust
the position
of
th'e
radio
and/or the
aerial for
the
lowest error value.

The

Alphanumeric. An
alternative method
is
to

keeps
together
all
the
stations

until the
word
"ORDER"
displays.

TUNE/SELECT
again.

ALPHABETICAL
or
ENSEMBLE.

you order your stations by
Ensemble,
when
you
tune
stations by
rotating
the
TUNE
control, all
the
stations
in
one ensemble
will
display in sequence,
followed
by
all
the
stations in
the
next ensemble and
so on.
While
this
is
good for
keeping
say,
all
the
BBC
stations
together,
other
stations may
not
display in
the
order you expect!
Displaying
a
Station
Name
Ihe
default
operating
mode shows
station information
in
a
scrolling line. Nowhere
does
the station
name display.
To
display the Station
Name:
1.
Press
MODE/MENU.The
displaywill
show"RECALL'
2.
Rotate
TUNE/SEIECT until
"STATION"
displays.
3.
Press
TUNE/SELECT
again.The
station
name
will briefly
show
before
the
display reverts
to the
previous
state.
