Turn Auto Print [On] or [Off].
If [On] is selected
Prints report after every 100 Send/Receive
jobs.
If [Off] is selected
Prints no report.

Turn Daily Activity Report Time [On] or [Off],
then use the keypad to enter the time.
If [On] is selected
Prints report at specified time.
If [Off] is selected
Prints no report.
NOTE
• The specified time can be set in the range 00:00
to 23:59.
Clear
• Use the key to delete any errors.

Press the [Send/Receive Separate] key to
select whether to separate Send and Receive
reports, then press the [OK] key.
If [Send/Receive Separate] is selected
Send and Receive logs are printed as
separate reports.
If [Send/Receive Separate] is not selected
Send and Receive logs are printed as one
report.
NOTE
• When separate reports are selected, the [Send/
Receive Separate] key changes color.

Press the [Done] key.
Repeat until the Additional Functions screen closes.
