Function: Pitch Bend Wheel check
Description:
Checks the pitch bend wheel. Center position of the wheel is
detected after detecting MIN and MAX.
q "Pitch Bend Down":
Turn the wheel all the way toward you from the center
position. (The sine wave C3 note sound will be produced
when the wheel is at the minimum value, 0.)
w "Pitch Bend Up":
Turn the wheel all the way away from you. (The sine wave
G3 note sound will be produced when the wheel is at the
maximum value, 127.)
e "Pitch Bend Center":
Release the wheel to set it back to the center position. (The
sine wave C4 note sound will be produced when the wheel
is at the center with the value of 64.)
