This feature allows the setting of maximum workout
duration limits.
This option sets the measurement unit type for weight and
height.
Switching on the telemetry feature makes it possible to use
the Polar-compatible Heart Rate Zone Training exercises
with a Polar telemetry heart rate chest strap for monitoring
the heart rate.
This sets the maximum time during which a workout can
remain in pause mode.
If this option is enabled, the MESSAGE CENTER displays
the Watts equivalent of the step rate.
If this option is enabled, the MESSAGE CENTER displays
the METs equivalent of the step rate.
If this option is enabled, the MESSAGE CENTER displays
the number of calories burned per hour during the workout.
If this setting is enabled, the total number of steps climbed is
periodically shown during a workout.
This sets the rate at which the PowerMill Climber acceler-
ates to the selected speed, ranging from
fi ve (fastest).

ates to the selected speed, ranging from

This setting controls whether the user can start a Quick Start
workout by entering a desired steps per minute rate via the
Numeric Keypad keys.

This option allows the user to workout indefi nitely.
This feature allows control over allowing iPod video tracks
to be played on the Life Fitness Attachable TV, if present. If
enabled by selecting the On setting, and an iPod video track
is selected, the video shall be routed to the TV. Otherwise,
the video shall not.
This setting allows control over whether or not an op-
tional CSAFE compatible audio device attached to the
CSAFE connector shall be selectable as an audio source
with the Source Select key.
This setting allows control over the console earphone vol-
ume range for the Life Fitness Attachable TV Source. The
range of settings are from 0 (Low) to 7 (High).
This option, if enabled, controls whether or not Level 0 may
be used in program setup or during a workout. Level 0 cor-
responds to intensity levels below Level 1.
This option controls whether or not Levels 21 though 25 may
be used in program setup or during a workout (MANUAL
and SPEED INTERVAL workouts ONLY).
