Labelling Machine
You can use a template, database, or symbol transferred from the computer to print the label.

Transferring Data from the Computer

You can use the transfer function of Cable Label Tool or P-touch Transfer Manager to transfer data from the
computer to the machine.
For more information, see Transferring Templates from Cable Label Tool to the P-touch Labelling Machine
on page 129 or How to Use P-touch Transfer Manager on page 134.

Transferred Symbols

To enter transferred symbols, see Entering Symbols on page 18.

Printing the Transferred Template

You can transfer a label layout created with P-touch Editor (*.lbx file) to the machine, and then use it as a
template for printing labels. To edit or print templates, type new text directly or use text from a database.
Important
• Before editing a template, transfer the template to the machine.
• When the transfer of the data to the machine is complete, turn the machine off and then on again.

When the Template has No Object to be Edited
