Memory Support

The SBI-7128R-C6 blade module supports up to 512 GB of 32 GB, 16 GB, 8 GB and 4
GB RDIMM or 1 TB of 64 GB and 32 GB LRDIMM, 2133/1866/1600 MHz speed
SDRAM memory in sixteen (16) 288-pin DDR4 DIMM sockets. See

Hard Disk Drives

The SBI-7128R-C6 blade unit accommodates up to six 2.5" Hot-swap HDD/SSD/NVMe
SATA hard disk drives, which are mounted in drive "trays". The drives can be
hot-swapped and removed or replaced without powering down the blade unit they reside
in. The six drives can be used to set up a RAID 0, 1 and 5 array. These drives use a
yellow color for the Blade HDD active LED. See

WARNING: To maintain proper airflow, both hard drive bays must have drive carriers
inserted during operation whether or not a drive is installed in the tray.
