    STEP 2 - POSITIONING THE MOVEMENT SENSOR Note: If you have model AC410, AC510 (no Sensor Pad) you can skip to Page 2.1 - POWERING THE MOVEMENT SENSOR PAD 1) When using the Sensor Pad for the first time, you will need to insert the provided CR3032 battery.

    IMPORTANT If your crib does not have a solid, stable surface for the Sensor Pad, you will need to place a hard support board (not included) underneath the sensor pad to ensure correct operation of the system.     Select Camera Your Angelcare® monitor can be used with the preprogrammed factory settings or you can customize the settings to your preference. Your monitor is equipped with a touch screen. Just a tap anywhere on the screen will bring up the menu and feature selections.

IMPORTANT To avoid feedback (whistling), keep both units at least 3 meters / 10 feet apart.

  • Page 17 TO TURN VOX ON Vox sensitivity allows you to determine the sound level needed to trigger sound transmission to the Parent Unit. This means that sound will only transmit based on the level that you set. 1) Tap the screen anywhere to bring up the menu.
  • Page 18 5.2 - TWO WAY TALK Your parent monitor is equipped with Two Way Talk. This feature allows you to talk to baby without being in the nursery. Tap and hold the microphone icon to activate the microphone of your PU and talk to your baby.

For model AC417, AC517: When your Angelcare baby monitoring system is set up and everything is turned on, the Sensor Pad has begun monitoring for movement. If no movement is detected within 20 seconds an alarm will sound and an alert icon will appear on the Parent Unit.
