1. Removing outer case
1. Remove bottom panel by pulling it forward
and off.
1.1 Undo but do not remove ille 2 screws

1.3 Pull case forward and remove.

Primary Heat Exchanger

There is a special accessory kit available

specifically clesigned for cleaning the heat
exchanger. If required order 7 719001 996.
3. .. Check fan pressure at the test point next
to the fan using an electronic manometer
.. The boiler must be run at maximum output.
Pressure will read negative and be greater
than:
25CDi • 2.8 mbar
30CDi· 3.9 mbar
37CDi ·3.9 moor
42CDi . 4.8 moor
.. Pressures measured below these figures
will indicate that the heat exchanger will
require cleaning.
