Note: DURING THE DISINFECTION CYCLE IT IS RECOMMENDED TO PLACE THE TEAT INSIDE ITS CAP RING, it is possible to use
the accessory rack by lying it against the Well­Being feeding bottles. The number of feeding bottles indicated in the chart refers to
bottles together with their rings and teats (cups are not included)
Problem
The steriliser does not switch ON.
The feeding bottles are stained at the end of
the sterilisation cycle.
Noise – Incomplete cycle.
The display shows the jug symbol.
IMPORTANT: If none of the solutions indicated above solves the problem, please contact Artsana Customer Service.
Chicco steriliser is guaranteed free of manufacturing faults for a pe-
riod of up to two years from the date of purchase (i.e. from the date
indicated on the retail receipt, or on other documents proving the
date of purchase).
This guarantee does not apply to components subject to normal
wear and tear.
ARTSANA reserves the right to modify at ant time and without prior
notice the contents of these instructions.
The reproduction, transmission, copying, as well as the translation
into another language, of any part of these instructions, are ab-

TROUBLE SHOOTING
Possible Cause
There is no power.
The cable plug or cable connector has not
been plugged in correctly, or they are da-
maged.
In the appliance there are scale deposits.
Excessive scale deposits on the heating
plate.
The display shows the jug symbol.
complete cycle or the cycle does not start
due to: lack of water or insufficient water to
carry out the cycle, excessive scale residues
on the heating plate.
The water valve on the stopper of the tank
is blocked.

Solution
Check that there is power in the mains.
Check that the plug and connector have
been plugged in correctly, and that they are
in good condition.
Should the product still not work, contact a
qualified technician.
Carry out a descaling cycle as indicated in
point IV.
NOTE: There may still be a tendency to
the formation of stains, depending on the
level of calcium contained in the drinking
water used for operating the steriliser.
Carry out a descaling cycle as indicated in
point IV.

Switch off the appliance and
fill the tank with water or, if necessary, de-
scale the plate.
Check that the stopper does not have ex-
cessive scale residues. In this case, descale
the stopper.
