Accessing and Editing Messages

6.5.1 ... on the Aastra 677x (OpenPhone 7x) and
OpenPhone 6x System Telephones
1. Press the Info key short and select item
you have programmed (see Programming a Function Key starting on page 25).
You will see a list of incoming messages. New messages which have not been
listened to yet are marked with a "+"; the most recent messages are at the top
of the list.
2. Select a message and press the OK key.
3. You now have the following options:
Play
Via
you can listen to the message.
Delete
deletes the message.
Dial
Via
you can call back the caller.
Phone book
Via

to edit all the details of an entry.
Forward

you can forward the message to another voicebox, either
without comment
Mark as new
