Making Calls

Seizing an External Line

If you hear the external dialling tone
when you lift the handset, your ter-
minal has been set to automatic
seizure of the external line. If you
hear the internal dialling tone when
you lift the handset, your terminal
has been set to manual seizure of
the external line.
