6.6

PTZ CONTROL

In "LIVE" mode, press "PTZ" to access the PTZ control interface.
By default, the device will ask to enter a password to access PTZ control mode.
Press "ESC" to quit the menu.
6.6.1

PTZ CAMERA SELECTION

This mode can be used to select the required channel using the number keys on the front panel.
To select the required camera in PTZ mode, press "SHIFT" followed by the number keys.
Example:
On the front panel of the DVR, press "SHIFT" followed by number key "2" to select the camera PTZ 2.
After having selected the required PTZ camera, press the "SHIFT" button on the DVR panel again to deactivate the
numeric functions: now, the camera can be adjusted.
6.6.2

ADJUSTING THE PTZ CAMERA

Use "▲▼◄►", and "IRIS+", "IRIS- ", "FOCUS+", "FOCUS- ", "ZOOM+", "ZOOM- " on the front panel of the device to
reach the required position and adjustment level respectively.
6.6.3

RECALLING A PRESET POSITION

A preset position can be selected in "PTZ" → "Preset" after selecting the required camera.
Press "REC/SHOT" and enter the preset number (3 digits).
Example:
Press "REC" button and then "002" on the Remote to recall preset number 2.
6.6.4

ADJUSTING THE PANNING SPEED

Press "▲▼◄►" repeatedly to increase the selected dome movement speed up to a maximum of 3x.
6.7

SPOT VIDEO OUTPUT

By means of the mouse, you can change the SPOT output on the secondary monitor (for controlling the mouse, see
chapter 2.4.2).
SPOT monitor can also display the automatic sequence of the various connected cameras. Alternatively, you can display
events (such as No Video Signal, Video Tampering, Motion Detection, and Alarms) on full screen.
Example for displaying automatic camera sequence on SPOT output
Access "Menu → Display → Preview → Setup".
Set the video output to: Aux chan 1.
Set the required value for Switch time.
Confirm and quit.
Example for displaying events on SPOT output (No Video Signal, Video Tampering, Motion Detection, and
Alarms)
Access "Menu → Display → Preview → Setup".
Set the alarm output to: Spot1.
Set the required time for Display delay.
Confirm and quit.
