USB/memory card operation

The CD tuner is equipped with a USB interface and a memory card reader for SD/MMC cards,
MP3 files stored on these media cannot the played.

Due to the great variety of systems with USB and SD/MMC card interfaces and their different functions
that are sometimes producer-specific, we cannot guarantee that all media will be recognized and that
all the operational functions are available in this CD tuner.
The USB interface is only suited for USB memory sticks, not for the USB ports of MP3 players.
Prior to removing a USB memory stick or an SD/MMC card, please switch the playback source with the
button MODE (6), otherwise the system may malfunction or cause data loss.
If a USB memory stick or an SD/MMC card is not detected when inserted, remove the medium again
and plug it in again.
The media must be formatted in FAT 32.
• Connect your USB memory stick with the USB port (24).
• When using a memory card, insert it into the SD/MMC card slot (25).
• The player switches to the respective input automatically and starts replay.
• The operation is the same as for CD/MP3 replay.

Remote control functions

You can also control almost all functions of the CD tuner with the enclosed remote control. It also allows you to operate
the Bluetooth® hands-free equipment comfortably and safe.
The buttons with the same name as on the device also have the same functions.
The function of the volume control/selection dial (2) is divided into two separate operating elements here, however:
• The buttons on the back of the remote control take over the function as when turning the volume control/selection
dial (2).
• The button / BND / ENT (30) takes over the same function as when pressing the volume control/selection
dial (2).
