Paper roll take-up mechanism

The take-up mechanism consists of the parts shown in
Figure 2-36.
The driving power for taking up the printed paper is trans-
ferred in sequence via the paper feed motor set, J paper
feed roller shaft set, take-up drive gear pulley mounted on
the J paper feed roller shaft, and take-up drive pulley A,
which is engaged with the take-up drive gear. The driving
power is then transferred by the take-up belt attached to
take-up drive pulley A to the take-up drive pulley.
The take-up drive pulley rotates the take-up gear by means
of the take-up torque spring, and the take-up gear rotates
the take-up shaft set, which takes up the paper. Note that
the take-up torque spring takes up paper with a fixed
rotational force by balancing the rotational torque trans-
ferred sequentially via take-up drive pulley A and the take-
up belt with fluctuations in the paper take-up load. Specifi-
cally, the rotational torque transferred from the belt is used,
along with a clutch function that changes the diameter of
the spring according to the paper take-up load, thus chang-
ing the slip torque with the shaft of the take-up drive pulley.
