Page 4: How To Setup Desire Hd
Please follow the steps as below: 1. Take out the main unit by rear post. Lift and transport the DESIRE HD by the rear post to move it to a sturdy surface such as a table, desk, or countertop. Lock the XY table to stop it from moving by pushing the brake lock toward the right ZOOMAX logo. - Page 5 2. Follow the pictures to fix the monitor, “L” bracket, rear poster and camera box in sequence with one set screw. It is adjustable with the rear bracket. Component list Step 1 Note: fix part A with rear post by screw, it is called Main Unit.
- Page 6 Step 2 Note: follow the above steps to fix the monitor and “L” bracket by screw. Step 3 Note: follow the arrow direction to fix the monitor and main unit by screw.
- Page 7 3. DESIRE HD monitor can not be moved up or down directly, you can move the monitor by two ways: adjusting the screw from back-up bracket on 4-lier or shift between Part A and Part B. Please use the next picture to loosen the screw, and put at your desired location and then fix the screw.
- Page 8 4. Using the image and description on the page to identify and connect DESIRE HD connectors (HDMI/DVI, DC TFT/LCD POWER-IN, KB, DC-IN) with according cables. Please follow the correct numerical to connect cables. No. 4 is for wall outlet power supply.

Steps to Use DESIRE HD Use this image and the steps on pages through to turn on and begin using the DESIRE HD. - Page 10 Follow the arrow direction to press the red power button to turn on, long press 3 seconds to turn off. Note: If the monitor screen remains blank, make sure that the monitor cable is connected well and monitor is turned 1.

Advanced Operation Focus Lock By default, the camera automatically focuses on the closest object in view. However, if you want focus to remain on a specific object such as a document on the XY table, you can turn on the Focus Lock feature. This prevents the camera from accidentally focusing on your hand or any other item that moves in front of the camera. -

Auto Zoom (AZ) Turn the Green Magnification dial to get your preferred magnification, then press and hold the Green Magnification dial to save this preferred magnification. Whatever magnification view you are in, just press AZ button, it will return to this magnification immediately. The factory default is 5X magnification. -

Demo mode In true color mode, long press = button for 10 seconds, you will get into Demo mode, DESIRE HD will demonstrate each function about itself automatically; Short press the power button to exit from Demo mode. -
