    Power indicator Power input port § The battery MUST be fully charged prior to FIRST use of your Snow 7 HD Plus. § To charge the battery, simply plug the supplied power adapter into an available power outlet and connect to your device. Please note that the power indicator is...
  • Page 13 When the battery charge is low, the low battery icon will appear in the lower left corner of the screen. Your Snow 7 HD Plus can be used for approximately 10 minutes before the automatic shutdown. In order to guarantee and extend the life time of the battery, please charge the battery only when the low battery icon display on the screen.

    Press and hold the Power button for 2 seconds and the Power Indicator will turn GREEN. Release the Power Button, the name of Snow 7 HD Plus appears on the screen for seconds and then, ZOOMAX logo will be shown on the screen. Then, after a few seconds, it turn to the real-time image display.

NOTE: When switch from near-view to distance-view, the color mode is full-color mode by default. You can change the color mode by pressing the mode button if needed.

    Short press the Freeze button to freeze a real-time image. 4.8 View frozen image Take your Snow 7 HD Plus closer to your eyes to see the image. The image can be zoomed in/out and color mode can be changed.

    2. Use the USB cable (included) to connect the magnifier to the computer. 3. Plug one end of the USB cable to the USB port of your Snow 7 HD Plus and plug another end of the USB cable to the USB port of your computer.

    2. Use the HDMI cable (included) to connect the magnifier to the TV or monitor. 3. Just plug one end of HDMI cable into the HDMI port on your Snow 7 HD Plus and the other end of the HDMI cable into any available HDMI port on your TV or monitor.

    ® ZOOMAX Snow 7 HD Plus TIPS: Under near-view function, we recommend using double lights ON. Under distance-view function, the double LED lights are OFF by default. You can turn them on if needed. Under text-to-speech function, we recommend using double lights ON on matte paper and double lights OFF on glossy paper.

    ® ZOOMAX Snow 7 HD Plus 2. Press Freeze button to revert to real-time viewing mode. If no operation within 5 seconds during setting, it will revert to real-time viewing mode automatically. 5.1.3 Frame rate 1.     Freeze button first and then short press Mode button and the Snow 7 HD Plus will enter demo mode when a white rectangle icon appears at the bottom right corner of the screen after a beep sound. The magnifier will always be on, so you can enjoy extended periods of reading.

    Long press “+” and “-” simultaneously for 5 seconds you will find “Shutting down” appears on the screen. Then, release the press, the unit will be powered off a few seconds later. All setting will be reset to factory defaults when Snow 7 HD Plus is turned on next time.

    There is a printed icon in the upper-right corner of the packing symbolizing the Snow 7 HD Plus inside the package has text-to-speech function. Once you purchase the device without text-to-speech function which you desire to have afterwards, you can contact your local supplier for the version update service.

If your unit is proceeding with text reading task, to exit text-to-speech function, you have to short press Freeze button to exit the text page, and then long press the Freeze button for 3 seconds to exit.
