7. Possible Malfunctions

In case of malfunction, disconnect the device from its power source. Before contacting
the service or sales agent, verify - based on the table below - whether it is possible to
eliminate disruption in operation.
PROBLEM
The device is turned
on but the control
light (brewing
indicator) has not
come on.
Coffee machine is
turned on but does
not function.
The coffee machine
shuts off.
The device is turned
on, the brewing
indicator is on, but hot
water is not flowing
out.
The device is turned
on, the brewing indi-
cator does not come
on and hot water
does not flow out.
When turned on a fuse
immediately burns out.
CAUSE
• Plug not connected
correctly.
• Fuse of mains opened.
• Control lamp defect.
• Switch defect.
• Coffee machine is
overdue a
decalcification.
• Overheating protection
was triggered.
• Thermostat defect.
• Heating element defect.
• Thermostat defect.
• Control panel is
damaged.
• Damaged filling switch.
• Short-circuit.
REMEDY
• Connect plug correctl.
• Control fuse, test
machine on other plug.
• Contact supplier.
• Contact supplier.
• Pull plug and let coffee
machine cool off, press
RESET-button on the
back of the machine.
Decalcify machine.
• Pull plug and let the
coffee machine cool off.
Press the RESET button
on the back of the
machine.
• Contact supplier.
