4. Set the On/Off switch (5) to the I (On) position. The power light will illuminate and the
workout computer will switch on.
5. Set the desired length of the workout and the desired rotating resistance with the
workout computer (see chapter "Functions of the workout computer").
6. Insert your feet in the pedal straps or fi rmly grasp the handles and push the Start/
Pause button on the workout computer. The pedals/handles will begin to turn evenly.
7. Once the set workout time has elapsed, the pedals/handles will stop rotating.
8. Set the On/Off switch (5) to the O (Off) position.
To monitor your workout, you can use the Mode button to view the three different
modes:
– the number of laps you have completed (COUNT),
– the number of calories you have burned(CAL) and
– the duration of your workout so far (TIME).
Push the button several times to switch between readouts.

Cleaning and storage

ATTENTION!
❐ When cleaning, do not use any scouring or abrasive cleaners. They could damage
the surface.
Only clean the machine with a soft, damp cloth and if applicable, mild cleaner. Then
wipe it off completely with a dry, soft cloth.
Store the machine so that it is not accessible to children and animals in a clear, dry,
frost-free location that is not exposed to direct sunlight.

Troubleshooting

Problem
The machine is not
working.
Potential cause/solution
Is the primary mains switch set to the I position?
Is the mains plug properly connected with the socket?
Is the socket defective? Try another socket.
Check the fuse for your mains connection.
