Functions of the workout computer

Switching the machine on with the On/Off switch (X) activates the workout computer.
You can confi gure the following settings with the workout computer:
Time (MIN), AUTO and speed (RPM) are shown at the top of the display. The select-
ed setting is underlined.
The automatic training unit (AUTO) switches between the speeds, the direction of
rotation (pedals) in different intervals to maximise the effectiveness of the workout.
You use the Time button to set the length of the workout in advance.
You can also use the forward/backward function during the workout. Push the for-
ward/backward button and the machine will stop. Push Start/Pause again to re-
sume the workout.
Push the Mode button several times to switch between readouts.
When the machine is switched off, all readouts will be reset to zero.

Time (MIN): Workout time in minutes, choose
from 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 minutes
AUTO: automatic workout
Speed (RPM): Number of pedal rotations per
minute, choose from 30, 40, 50 and 60 rotations
Forward/Backward: Direction of rotation (ped-
als)
Mode: Displays the approximate number of calo-
ries burned (CAL), laps completed (COUNT) and
the duration of the workout so far (TIME).
Start/Pause: Starts and pauses the workout cy-
cle
