❐ If you belong to a risk group with respect to your health, be absolutely sure to consult
your physician prior to using the machine. If applicable, consult your workout plan
with him/her.
❐ Pregnant persons are not allowed to use the machine or only after having consulted
their physician.
❐ ATTENTION: Immediately stop your workout if you feel weak or dizzy. In the event
of nausea, pain in the chest or limbs, heart palpation or other symptoms, please
immediately contact a physician.
❐ Never workout on a full stomach. Do not eat at least one hour before and after your
workout.
❐ Do not workout if you already tired and exhausted.
❐ Always remember that your body needs plenty of liquids when performing physical
activity. You should defi nitely satisfy the body's need for liquids.
❐ We expressly point out that using the machine improperly or exercising too intensively
could be hazardous to your health.

Setting up and connecting the machine properly

❐ Before assembling the machine, please carefully read through the assembly instruc-
tions. Please exactly follow the described steps in the correct order.
❐ Only use the machine in enclosed areas.
❐ Always place the machine on a dry, level and solid base.
❐ Do not subject the machine to extreme temperatures, severe temperature fl uctua-
tions, direct sunlight or moisture.
❐ Maintain adequate distance to heat sources such as radiators, fi replaces or ovens to
prevent damage to the machine.
❐ Only connect the machine to a properly installed socket with protective earth con-
tacts. The socket must also be easily accessible after the machine has been con-
nected. The mains voltage must correspond to the technical data of the machine (see
chapter "Technical data"). Only use proper extension cords, whose technical data
correspond to those of the machine.
❐ Ensure that the connected mains cord does not pose a tripping hazard.
❐ Lay the cord such that it is not crushed or creased and such that it does not come into
contact with hot surfaces.
❐ Make sure that the machine, the workout computer, the mains cord and the mains
plug can not fall in water or are at risk of getting wet.
❐ Use a base to protect fl oors and furniture, which the machine is standing on (both
during set-up and during use).
❐ Make sure that there is suffi cient space around the machine before each use so that
you don't bump against walls, furniture etc. when using it.
