The ports on the AT-8024 and AT-8024GB Switches are IEEE
802.3ab-compatible and are configured automatically by the
switch as MDI or MDI-X when connected to an end node. You can
use either a straight-through or crossover twisted pair cable when
connecting a device to a port on the switch.
