Electric Power Steering System
Turn the handlebars from left to right and
right to left. Make sure steering is smooth
and there is no blockage.
2. Check power steering in static condition:
Stop ATV on level ground and place the
handlebars in a straight forward position.
Check tire pressure on all four tires,
make sure pressures meet specified
requirements (see required pressures in
this manual). Add air if needed.
Inspect front wheel alignment and
proper beam offset. Adjust if necessary
(see alignment instructions in this
manual)
Turn the main switch (keyed switch) to
the "ON" position.
Turn the handlebars left and right
successively, turning force on both sides
should be equal.
Turn the Handlebars left to right then right to
left; turning should be smooth, no binding, no
recoil forces opposite of operating force.
If any problems are found, take your ATV to
a service center.

conditions:
