When the Machine Cannot Be Operated Due to a Problem with the User
Certificate
Message
"The destination cannot be
selected because its
encryption certificate is not
currently valid."
"The group destination
cannot be selected because
it contains a destination with
a encryption certificate that
is not currently valid."
Cause
A specified destination or
sender's name was cleared
when the destination list in
the delivery server was
updated.
Cause
The specified group contains
fax destinations, e-mail
destinations, and/or folder
destinations, either of which
is incompatible with the
specified transmission
method.
The SMTP authentication e-
mail address and the
administrator's e-mail
address do not match.
Cause
The user certificate
(destination certificate) has
expired.
The user certificate

expired.
When Other Messages Appear
Solution
Specify the destination or sender's
name again.
