◎ Failure Symptoms
When detecting a failure symptom, check the printer regarding the following
table.
Symptom
Power is not switch on
The personal computer does not
recognize the printer
The printer does not ready
Status
The front cover is opened
The front cover is not
opened
No RFID key
No Ribbon detected
Installed ribbon does not
match RFID tag
Unsupported ribbon type
The ribbon is empty
Paper is not loaded
The paper is empty
Paper roll is installed

Paper jammed while

Loaded paper roll size is

Action
Please check if the power cable is firmly

Check if the USB cable is connected to the
personal computer or printer
Check if the front cover is properly closed

Check if paper is jammed in the printer

When the paper setting lamp goes off, insert

the edge of the paper until the paper setting

Close the front cover
