Be careful especially when the cooktop is with no
burners. Do not drop residues in the gas system, as
it can deregulate the flame or clog in the small hole of
the gas outlet. If that happens, use a specific needle
for cleaning cookers. Keep the spark plugs clean
and free of dirt burners crusts.
Burners cleaning
Avoid that food be spilled on the burners during
the cooking. If this occurs, clean them immediately
after use. Prolonged use of burners containing
food residues become cleaning very difficult.
Do not leave parts of the burner immersed in
detergent with water for more than 10 minutes.
Do not place the hot burners in cold water because
it can cause warping by thermal shock.
Disassembly / Assembly
of the oven door
Fully open the oven door, lift the
door hinge bracket as shown in
the figure.
Hold the door at the side, close
it slowly until realize that the
hinges are locked into the clips. Disengage the door
carefully releasing the hinges.
For the assembly, perform the opposite operation,
taking care that the hinge fitting is entered correctly on
the cooker cabinet.
Care with self-cleaning oven
If occur accidentally a high concentration of fat on the
inside walls of the oven with self-cleaning coating, due
to direct oil spill, it is recommended a manual cleaning.
Proceed as follows:
1. Remove the shelves. Heat oven in maximum
temperature for about 2-3 minutes to soften the grease
residues; thereafter, turn the oven off. Make sure that
the temperature inside the oven is tolerable before
starting cleaning to avoid risk of burns. Remove excess
grease with a dry cloth.
2. Using a soft sponge dipped in water and ammonia (1
part ammonia to 3 water), soften grease residues.
3. Rinse the oven pressing a sponge dipped in cold
water, no rubbing.
4. We recommend you to turn the oven on for 10
minutes at maximum temperature for internal drying.
Self-sliding
shelf
56SB/56SX and 76SB/76SX)
The shelf has a self-sliding system with two
shelves and three levels of height.

To adjust the height, remove the
top shelf, lifting the hook of the
rear part of the upper shelf (fig. 1).
Reposition the shelf fitting it into
the side guide (fig. 2), push until
the hook catch the back of the
shelf.
Disassembly
door glass
The oven door has a system to
facilitate cleaning. Follow these
steps:
1. Open the oven door .
2. If necessary, disengage the
bottom shelf of the clips.
3.Press the latch all the way to
release the glass.
4. Remove the internal glass and
clean the glasses and the door
with a sponge, mild detergent and
water;
5. Attach the inner glass in the
lower holdes placing it on the
door.
6. Press the glass at the location
indicated until it clicks.
At last, fit the shelf in the clips.
(Models 56SB and 56SX)
1. Open the oven door completely;
2. Press the latch all the way to
release the glass (fi.g 1);
3. Remove the internal glass and
clean the glasses and the door with
a sponge, mild detergent and water;
4. Attach the inner glass in the lower
holders placing it on the door (fig.
3);
5. Press the glass at the location
indicated until it clicks.
At last, fit the shelf in the clips.
Removable
glass
(Except 56SB/56SX and 76SB/76SX)
The balanced glass lid can be
easily removed. Remove the
lid holding it with both hands.
Disengage it from the holders
(1) and pull it up (2). Wash the
glass lid with a sponge, neutral
detergent and water.
