position.
MIST

The wipers run at high
speed until you release the lever.
OFF

The wipers are not activated.
The length of the wiper
INT

interval is varied automatically
according to vehicle's speed.
Vary the delay by turning the
INT TIME ring.
If you turn it to the shortest delay,
the wipers will change to low
speed operation when the vehicle
speed exceeds 20 km/h (12 mph).
While the vehicle is stopped and in
gear, the wipers sweep the
windscreen whenever you remove
your foot from the brake pedal.

Windscreen Wipers and Washers
HI

The wipers run at high speed.
Windscreen Washers
wiper control lever toward you,
and hold it. The washers spray
until you release the lever. The
wipers run at low speed, then
complete one more sweep after
you release the lever.
Headlight Washer
(For some types)
When you pull back on the wiper
control lever with the headlight
switch ON, the headlight washers
and windscreen washers work at the
same time.
The headlight washers use the same
fluid reservoir as the windscreen
washers.
