Adjusting Mower Deck (RCK54-75B)
1. Tire pressure must be correct.
2. Set the cutting height at 2.5 inches position.
3. Start the engine.
Move the hydraulic control lever forward to
lower the mower. Stop the engine and remove the key.
4. Adjust the turnbuckles of the connecting rod and the clevis of the
front link to level the mower blades as below.
[Front to Rear]
• Measure the height of blade (X) and (Y) from the ground surface
and calculate the difference.
• The height of blade tip (Y) must be bigger than the front.
[Left to Right]
• Turn the outer blade by hand parallel to tractor axle.
• Measure the height of blade (L) and (R) from the ground surface
and calculate the difference.
5. If the differences is not within the factory specifications, adjust
the length of front link and connecting rods.

IMPORTANT
• Start the engine.
Move the hydraulic control lever (1)
rearward to raise the mower to the highest position.
When the mower reaches to the highest position, the
hydraulic control lever (1) should automatically be back to
the neutral position when releasing the hand from the lever.
• If
the
lever
is
not
return
to
the
neutral
position
automatically, check the clearances between stoppers and
mid hanger bracket
