Electrical connection

This installation should be
performed by an experienced and
qualified technician, in accordance
with local codes and regulations.
This machine is supplied with a
connection cable without a plug.

Before installation, make sure
that the voltage and frequency listed
on the data plate correspond with
the site's electrical supply.
The machine must only be connected
to an electrical system that conforms to
the national and local codes and
regulations.
Connection to the electrical supply
must only be carried out by a suitably
qualified and competent person.
If the machine is hard wired, a dual
circuit breaker must be provided
on-site. The circuit breaker must have a
contact opening of at least 1/8" (3 mm).
All components must be CSA or UL
approved.
The plug connection or the circuit
breaker must be accessible at all times.

You must be able to lock the
circuit breaker or monitor it at all
times in case the appliance has to
be disconnected from the power
supply.

If the machine is disconnected
from the electrical supply, ensure
that the machine cannot be
reconnected to the electrical supply
until a ll work has been completed.
New connections, modifications to the
system or inspection of the ground
conductor, including determining the
correct fuse rating, must be carried out
by a qualified electrician to ensure
compliance with all local and national
electrical safety requirements.
For extra safety, it is advisable to
protect the machine with a suitable
residual current device (RCD) with a
trip current of 30 mA.

This machine must be
connected to a permanent electrical
supply so that the door can always
be opened. For this reason it must
not be connected to devices such
as timers which would turn it off
automatically.
