Error Indicator Troubleshooting Guide

Code Description
Temperature System
-Temperature over setpoint
-Temperature time out error
during normal running and in
-Sensor temperature (differential)
error normal running.
-Occurs when difference between
sensors exceeds 4°C.
CO2 Sensor Shroud Heater
-Low shroud temperature
- CO over setpoint

- CO time out error

- Cal inject calibration failed.
Not enough increase in the CO
reading after gas was injected.
General Indicators
- Inner glass door is not closed or the
door switch needs attention.
- Interruption of power
Corrupted memory was detected
during boot up of the incubator
A change in parameters failed to write
to memory
Low voltage detected on the 12 VDC
power circuit
Low voltage detected on the 5 VDC
power circuit
The Power Triacs control circuit not
working
Check temperature sensor calibration.
Faulty TRIAC, replace control board.
Check temperature sensor calibration
Replace fuse.
Faulty TRIAC, replace control board
Faulty chamber heater contact NuAire Technical Service.
Door/Perimeter heater needs to be increased with a high
temperature set-point in a low ambient temperature
Check temperature sensor calibration
Check connection on control board
One or both temp sensors faulty, replace
Check control board output to relay, replace board if faulty.
Check heater relay for function, replace if faulty
Check both shroud heaters for function, replace if faulty.

Run Cal Inj. Calibration (see Section 9.3.3)

Check for leaks in chamber

Check for leaks in air pump and hosing
