9.4.4 Closed Door CO
Attach independent CO2 monitoring device to the sample port on the front of the unit
Enter CO2 calibrations by means of Service Settings
Select the "CO2 Closed Door Zero Span" text
Follow on screen instructions
Enter measurement on independent device when prompted
Allow unit to run and stabilize for a minimum of 2 hours then, check calibration with an independent instrument.
Compare the display CO
greater than 0.3%, repeat above procedure. If these two readings have a difference of less than 0.3%, perform the

Offset calibration procedure in Section 9.4.1.

Injection Calibration

The CO
injection calibration can be performed separately from zero/span calibration to optimize the gas injection

time required to recover the CO

The injection calibration is not required after an "Open Door" sensor calibration since it is performed automatically
during this routine. The injection calibration should be performed after a "Closed Door" sensor calibration when
