Preparing coolant connection
Hose C is already mounted on heater unit!
b = 200 mm
d = 450 mm
Discard sections X
Push braided protection hose onto hose B
and D and cut to length!
( 1 ) Heat shrink plastic tubing [4x]
Do not damage radiator!
( 1 ) Detach radiator trim
( 2 ) 6.5 mm dia. hole
( 3 ) M6x20 bolt, large diameter washer (from
inside), pin lock (from outside)

Observe direction of flow. Pressure side fac-
es toward heater unit!
Connect wiring harnesses to same colors
with red (rt) shrink connectors (crimp and
shrink).
( 2 ) Circulating pump
( 1 ) 48 mm dia. rubber-coated p-clamp,
flanged nut
( 3 ) Wiring harness of circulating pump
