Observe direction of flow. Pressure side fac-
es toward heater unit!
Connect wiring harnesses to same colors
with red (rt) shrink connectors (crimp and
shrink).
( 5 ) Circulating pump, premounted
( 1 ) M6x12 bolt, large diameter washer,
flanged nut

( 2 ) Wiring harness of circulating pump
( 3 ) Extension wiring harness from heater unit
( 4 ) Wiring harness fastened with cable tie
Before connecting, fill the coolant hoses with
coolant.
( 1 ) Hose section on engine outlet
( 1 ) Hose section on heat exchanger inlet
( 2 ) 27x27 double clip
Before connecting, fill the coolant hoses with
coolant.
( 1 ) 8x25 double clip on E and A/C line
( 2 ) A/C line
Check positioning of coolant hoses A, B, C,
D, E and circulating pump and correct if nec-
essary.
